I don't claim to be a very competent photographer, but I can usually manage to capture something usable and I'm never happier than when I'm pushing images around in Photoshop and making something cool out of relatively nothing. That's when one can be most creative and why I love doing small projects like these. 

 

Christmas cards are especially challenging, trying to think of something new every year, which was easier when my children were young and compliant :-) And, because cards tend to be quick turnaround I've had fun picking up on current trends and general zeitgeist.​​
