Creative cookbook
Recipe for success – cooking up a creative strategy
RPMI
A recipe is a set of instructions that describes how to prepare and make something which, providing it is followed reasonably accurately, delivers a relatively consistent result. The principle behind the creative cookbook is to provide design and comms teams with a guide to delivering consistently great customer experiences.
The cookbook provides basic instructions, tried-and-tested methods, and a flavour of design thinking, but is flexible enough to allow for the substitution of the odd ingredient, or adjustment of seasoning to taste. It includes:
-
A creative framework / planning model for a consistent approach to projects which puts discovery and customer insight first
-
Design thinking methodologies
-
Media mix best practice and limitations of media and delivery channels
-
Tools, tips and techniques for content creation
-
Weights and measures – notes on metrics and reporting
