Supporting internal change and transformation programmes

Change can be unsettling for employees. Whether that's an organisational restructure, a systems overhaul or cultural shift, employees sometimes need a supportive narrative to guide them on the change journey. And, if the scale of the change is significant enough, it's not uncommon to compartmentalise the associated messaging under a mini-identity. 

  • When RPMI underwent a protracted systems development programme the 'Chrysalis' identity was created to signpost programme communications. Messaging delivered under the Chrysalis banner enabled colleagues to isolate how they were feeling about the programme from the rest of business news, take pride in milestone celebrations, and helped sustain momentum.

  • Similarly, messaging around a major shift in investment strategy went out under the 'Make the connection' tagline. The links between past achievements and future goals reassured colleagues that the company had made innovative investments in the past which had proved successful.
