Developing a brand design framework to hang a multitude of bespoke internal comms campaigns on 

RPMI Internal Communications

Ensuring your brand is consistent both externally and internally is key to building a strong brand identity.  

However, when you need to deliver a message that will land well with staff, using the same image style and visual tone may not help the message land effectively. Using a repetitive framework, plus maintaining core brand assets like logo, fonts and colours can provide the flexibility bespoke messages need to work but the whole piece remains on brand. 

This was especially critical at a time when RPMI was undergoing significant internal changes to technical infrastructure, organisational structure, and culture. Developing a framework allowed the freedom to design campaigns where messages could land with impact, yet simultaneously be immediately recognisable as a communication from the employer.
